How do returns or exchanges work or how do I react in the event of a warranty claim?
If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from us or if an item does not fit you, you can of course return it to the delivery address above within 14 days. If you want to exchange an item, you can send it back and simply order it again. We are of course also happy to help with guarantee or warranty cases. Please send us an email with pictures of the damage to: support@mozaca.de
Please note that we can only take back unused items in their original packaging. Be careful not to remove labels or stain items. The goods must not show any signs of use.
Please do not send the product back to us freight forwarded or uninsured! The customer bears the shipping costs of the return. We recommend insured shipping with a tracking number. Please have a return receipt issued and keep it in a safe place so that you can prove your return in the event of a loss.
If your product has defects or errors, we would be happy to receive a note that describes them as precisely as possible.
Once your return arrives at our logistics center, your return will be processed accordingly.
Please note that this process can take up to two weeks. If orders are refunded using advance payment, the amount will be credited to your checking account. If you order via Paypal, the corresponding amount will be credited back to your Paypal account. For orders using direct debit and credit card payment methods, we instruct payment via PayPal to the account you use. The duration of the repayment is up to 16 days and we cannot influence it. If you have any problems, please contact PayPal directly.

Information about warranties and guarantees
The warranty period for the purchased products is 24 months and begins when the goods are handed over. Excluded from the warranty are damages caused by natural wear and tear or improper use.
No guarantees are given regarding the goods or services delivered beyond the statutory warranty provisions, unless a guarantee is expressly granted in writing.

Your right of cancellation according to our General Terms and Conditions expires prematurely if the contract has been completely fulfilled by both parties at your express request before you have exercised your right of cancellation.
